Ive been having problems with AT&T.. They cant waive anything. AND their retention department didnt even try to keep me as a customer.

Whats the worst company youve dealed with? and why?

i hate car dealerships personally. they try and void your car for anything that you do to it! i removed my resonator and they tried giving me a hard time about it, but they cant void the whole car if the mod you did to it did not cause the problem.

My dad owns a used car dealership, he doesn't do that. He gives you a 30 day warranty or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first is when your warranty is over. Then you have to pay for repairs.

McAffee, I have Windows 7, so my mom purchased a copy of McAffee 2009, we try to install, we just purchased it keep in mind, when I'm installing it, it says "Driver blocked due to incompatibility.". Okay, so I call up McAffee customer support. I talk to the guy, tell him my issue, say we just bought it, so he says this at a slow but medium pace, "Okay, you need to go out and buy McAffee 2010.". YOU CALL THAT FREAKING HELP?????

I choose to answer this question To voice my disdain for AT&T. (It's a big bully company that uses the monopoly positions it acquires, to sells everything in ways that force you to either buy it in a stupid way or do without it. )

But since you people have that one covered... I also love to hate Cablevision. I turned off my Television service last year (that's right. I no longer watch TV! :) Because I refuse to pay for programing that already has commercials in it. They have successfully trained the public to pay twice.

AT&T's being a pain right now. We're trying to get information about their U-verse service and when it's going to be in our area. The problem isn't the customer service, it's the management. They won't tell the customer service anything, so we just keep getting told that they can't tell us when it will be available.

I just called Time Warner.. and the rep SIGHED at me for asking too many questions when i was just trying to get the final price on what i would pay monthly.. Do they get commission for signing someone up on the phone? cause she was like "this isnt even your account.. your asking for your friend" And yes it wasnt my account but its my fathers and i have to take care of the internet/cable services. I cant believe how rude they can get while im trying to give them business.

Another company I would like to call horrible is DELL... I ordered a Wii from them 2 weeks ago and they were "out of stock" but two days ago I saw another deal and it didnt say "out of stock" for the same item... so im guessing they get more inventory and dont try to fulfill their already ordered customers but go and try to get more customers.. I was talking to their sales and they said theres still no ETA for my item.. and they wont give me any discount to my order for taking forever or anything. Then after talking to them I received an email saying that I have a quote made up for me. I did not request a quote or anything.. DUH!

TigerDirect, which may come as a surprise to you. I've hit some rough sopts with them in the past when it comes to shipping dates and product return policies. One time I wanted to return some RAM a few days after I bought it and they didn't want to take it back.
