What computere hardware do i need?

Hey guys i am about to buy a new costum built pc

what computer parts do you recommend?

I am new to building parts. I want to make a Gaming computer! Please help me by putting in some good parts in here which you do recommend for a gaming pc (f.e. A processor...)

Things i want:

Corsair cpu cooler
Help me out with the list

Budget: 5000 euro's (please don't mind money. If i need more i will get more.
