Creating a new window in HTML for a single image, how can i do that

Please re word your question so we know what you want to know. do you want it to open the image in a new window when you click on an image? do you want an flyout when they click the image?

You would need to use JavaScript I believe. There is a nice example of how to do this here.

HTML's only convention for that is in hyperlinks. i.e.

otherwise it's gonna be JavaScript's window.open function.
