I would never ever raise my pci-e clock. Especially seeing how you are using integrated graphics. I would also hope your igp has really good heating. To be honest I wouldn't recommend using igp for gaming especially a 4200 on fallout 3 if that is your motive.

anyways on to cpu Make sure you run a stability test. Also how well is your cpu cooled? This is needed to determine how much is too much. Look at the temperatures, if it's 45c and beyond then you need better cooling.

I didnt overclock the cpu and at full load its about 42 degrees and i wanted to know if the graphics card was way too high or somethin lol

I would recommend getting a graphics card. If igp goes you could risk the board.

allright is the hd 5770 any good?

@Moldjelly, Most anything in the 5000 series is good. It all depends on your budget, really.

Yes, 5770 is really good, I have one myself. It's the equivalent of a 4870 with less power consumption. Maybe be slightly slower than 4870 actually but not by much.

AMD cpu is not made for overclocking and nothing more!

It's the potential of the overclocker that makes a big impact, not the brand.

Kinda sorta maybe not. I like to research sources with a rep for being straight up. Blowin' chips of nice boards gets a bit expensive, know what I mean? I smoked an Intel 486 AND a 16meg of RAM when that s**t cost 11 hundred bucks. It was a very bad,bad afternoon. There are no mistakes. Read this ; not quite ontrack, but information is an accumulative,non-linear endeavor. http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9131994/Don_t_try_this_at_home_AMD_overclocks_new_Phenom_II_X4_to_7_GHz

Tell me; will you smell it or hear it first?
