Virtual Dedicated Server with Godaddy.com

I have a virtual dedicated server with godaddy.com.

I have plesk control panel

Ok here is my question, how do I launch phpmyadmin?

This is what I am doing:

When I click on the "Webadmin" icon, I get a box that says "Please wait loading", then nothing happens.. any suggestions, comments?
