What is the best free webhosting service?

I'm searching for a free webhost with 1000mb or more space (and a lot of bandwith), and also php.

I already tried:

Pinghoster(.net): I can't acces that site and my own site anymore
0000free.com: They didn't accept my details or wathever
000webhost.com: When I try to get the wicketpixie theme on my wordpress site, it gives errors

I have always used 000webhost, they have amazing free features and they let you have as many domains as you want on it.

If for some reason they don't work for you check out LockerNerd.co.uk. They are ran by some people I know from IRC and their hosting looks pretty good.
