iPhone Pre-Order

Two quick questions:

1.) What time does the pre-order start on Tuesday? 2.) How much money do you have to pay while reserving it (full amount, down payment...etc.) if you are picking it up at the store (not ordering online)?

For the specific time, we are not sure, but check tech blogs and twitter for when the apple store goes down.

Time I think will be the same as online, but it possibly has a smaller chance of getting one possibly and a longer time to get it.
