What are the most popular BlackBerries?

I'm on the BlackBerry Smartphone Simulator page where I can download a variety of simulators for testing purposes on my websites. But there's like a billion BlackBerries, all with different size screens, etc. I only want to download the most popular phone simulators, and focus on only those few. So what are they?
