The website you're looking at has a problem with its security certificate, which basically means that it may have malware and viruses on it, and that your computer could get infected if you view the website.

I translated this to "There is a problem with the security certificate of this website" in the english language. I am not sure of the accuracy of this translation, but I would imagine it is close enough. When this message appears on my computer I am usually able to ignore it or bypass it somehow. It usually means that the website you are going to has an unverified security certificate. However in most cases it is a false alarm, but you should still take caution when bypassing this message. I would try using a different web browser and see if you get the same result.
