Maybe human DNA will get genetically modified to be more resistant to diseases? But I guess that's illegal.

Edit: My uncle who is a biologist showed me an article, the article contained information on mice that had certain dna parts removed to show possible causes of known human type diseases. The diseases occurred later on in the rodent's life. This could relate to possible missing parts in human dna. I wish I still had the article, it was really interesting.

What's next is creating entire organs from hearts to skins. Organ transplant failure rate will drop significantly while the procedure will be done more!

All this will eventually lead to clones ect.

Alternatively: Our reproductive organs will fail us and we will keep cloning ourselves till we reach a point where there is no return and we will commit mass Suicide and donate all our tech to an young race filled with potential!
