What would you do with $1,000,000 or £1,000,000?

get a mac book pro with 100gb of ram and a 10terabyte hard drive

I would pay off my car and upgrade my internet to the fastest that I could get. Then I would buy myself a new desk, computer, monitors and build a couple of my own computers. As well as buy a couple of server.

I would buy a Alienware M17x with all the upgrades, fly business class to Germany for a month to visit all my friends there, buy a Chevy Camaro when I came back, and with the rest I would start my own business. And with the money I make with my business I would pay of my parents house.

I would pay off all of my bills first, and then buy a few acres of ground. I'd build a house for myself, and another for my eldest daughter and her two girls... leaving lots of empty "yard" in between the two. I'd put in a small playground and a nice big pool!

Next I would furnish the houses, and take my kids shopping for clothes and things. I would then buy myself a small car, probably one a year or two old. I don't go many places, so I don't need anything new or fancy.

I would take everything that is left and put it into trust for the kids and grandbabies.

Now... if I won a whole lot more than that, I'd actually buy myself something nice, like a VACATION. I haven't had one in about five years. Getting away somewhere for a week would be sooo amazing!

Even if I did have that much money I would still spend it wisely instead of blowing it all away. Because $1,000,000 isn't as much as it used to be.

Correct me if im wrong but isn't the pound equivalent to roughly around 1.5 usd? In that case I would take £1,000,000 instead of $1,000,000.

I would of course take the £1,000,000 as its more. I would buy a big house and then a lots of electronics and stuff as I don't got many right now.

I would assemble a pirate crew, buy a galleon, and board cruise ships without permission and sail into coastal villages! We'd hand out jugs of rum and treasures from around the world instead of stabbing people with cutlasses and taking their stuff, though. I'm the millionaire (in pounds, please), after all!

I'd be the pirate Santa. Or Mr. Roarke. "Smiles, everyone! Smiles!"

Oh. I think I just answered another question I've been pondering...

I'd have to get me my boats n hoes.

And lottery tickets, a lot.

And the rest would be Apple stock, and I'd sell it after one day.

The first place I would visit is the Apple shop and get a load of Apple products that I have always wanted.

After that I would leave the money in the bank for a while to earn interest so I could afford more Apple products as they are brought out. :)
