Move Eclipse Project File to a Targets Directory

I've got a similar question up on StackOverflow, but I thought I would see if anyone in this community had an idea.

Basically, I have my Android project in a directory, and want to move the Eclipse-specific files to a targets/eclipse/ directory, and be able to load the project normally.
