What do you think of iTunes 9?

What do you think about iTunes 9? What are the pros and cons? I personally like the new Genius mixes (some of the mixes are really good), I also like the Genius sidebar, because it helps me find lots of great music. I think that my only caveat is that you cannot transfer the Genius mixes to an iPod/iPad, and you cannot view a list of the songs in the playlist. What do you think?
