Hello, someone down voted my question, for copyright violation, when I specifically linked them to a DMCA act "Circumvention of Copyright protection systems", pertaining to the ("copyright violation": Jailbreaking), therefore not a copyright violation. How do I report someone? I've lost 35 karma points. Thank you!

i have been upset over this myself, you cant protest down votes or reports. maybe if enough people wanted a better system in place we can get it.

I can understand your grief. And it sounds like & most importantly it looks like you are right. (oh, it wasn't me, by the way) But i would suggest just let it drop. I think (could be wrong that person loses points too, i think, not 100% sure on that). But i am very sorry you don't want to hear this i know and you will be cursing me and so what if you do, but just forget about it. It's the best policy in the end.
