Hello, I have a Jailbroken iPhone 3GS, and I had a lot of contacts, and one day I synced the contact photos with Facebook, from the Facebook iPhone app. It worked fine, but then I got MobileMe. I turned on contact sync, and we had two MobileMe accounts. So I had to restore once in a while, and for some reason, MobileMe messed up my contacts. It duplicated them, and it put other people's numbers in someone else's name, it also has a picture of this girl from my school as my dad. Is it possible to delete all the contact photos without going through each contact? Its really annoying me. Thanks in advance!

Once you manage to fix your contact list, I would suggest you back the correct contacts via a Gmail or Yahoo account as iOS backups are not very straight forward. Here is an article on how to sync iPhone contacts.

Otherwise to just delete the photos imported by Facebook, with the latest version of the Facebook iPhone app open, go to the upper-right corner where you see the square-arrow button. Tap on it and then tap on Sync Contacts. This will take you to a new window. Simply tap on the "Remove Data" button under Replace photos. This should remove all your FB contact photos from your contacts at least.

There are no restore points on the iPhone, once you backup, it overwrites your previous one. This has occurred for about 3 or 4 months. All my contacts are saved on my Mac as well, so even if I did restore, it would just put everything right back on.

not necessarily true. I remember that as far as iOS backups in iTunes go, you can recover up to ten previous backup instanses. as a result, over-writing occurs only for backups which were previously made and not for the last 9 most recent ones.
