I've never used my iPhone without a case, or screen shield, but it has some minor scratches on the back, which aren't really my favorite thing to look at. I was wondering if Apple will replace it, or laugh at me? Thanks in advance! EDIT* What if I also can possibly see dust under my screen? |

not really, just go to the apple store and find out. they will probably say no |

they would tell u to bugger off. no one's gonna replace any product for minor scratches. |

I also have the issue with the dust under the glass, and I know exactly how frustrating that is. You can never get it entirely clean anymore. I have also used a case from day one, yet I have two or three dents in the back (iPod Touch 3rd generation), and plenty of weird little spots on the back that almost look like mold, yet I've cleaned and cleaned to no avail. On the answering your question part, the Apple employee you take it to will either be all like it's something that happens all the time, or they'll start laughing hysterically. In other words, no they won't replace it, but if you're willing to succumb to the embarrassment of being laughed at, it would be fun to have someone else stand a ways away and record the employee's reaction. |

Not that I'm aware of, although I do know that the Genius bars at many Apple stores are willing to replace the screen (not sure of the price, or whether or not this service is free whilst your device is under warranty). |

If the device is able to perform it's original functions then they will not replace it. The dust problem is caused by poor design. there are 2 layers to the screen but the space in between is not air tight so dust can make it's way in there. |
