[closed] Apple Mac mini. Is it good for a first time user?

I like the look of the new Mac mini mainly because of its price, but I want to have a computer that I can use iMovie on. I have never owned a Mac before so this wiould be my first one. I have never done video editing before. Do I buy a Mac mini and get it sooner or do I wait a few months so that I can save up more money and get an iMac?

For starters, I would buy a refurbished Mac Mini, to see if you'll like it or not, which, you definitely will, so then you will continue to buy everything Apple.
