So when you are using the word Google and you are saying the current activity of doing, does it make sense to add "'ng" as in Google'ng? Or how about Googling? Does Google or Webster already have an opinion?

Googled it: "The first recorded usage of google used as a verb was on July 8, 1998, by Google founder Larry Page himself, who wrote on a mailing list: "Have fun and keep googling!"[6]"

That's from always accurate Wiki (lol) but just because he was the first one to do it, doesn't make it proper does it? I know there are lots of things wrong with "American English" and it's usage but this just seems like they would not accept it for slang.

You are so behind the times (and indeed The Times)! Google is listed as a verb in Chambers Dictionary 11th Ed. (2008), the most authoritative single volume dictionary in the UK.
