You don't say no. It's just manipulation. IF you would say no you would be asked to leave.

if you say no both the prosecutor and defense (officers of the court) cant question you because having said you would lie that would be suborning perjury.

You can't give evidence and most likely be asked to leave the court. It's just something you don't say no to.
