All Intel Macs support the following:

802.11 a/b/g/n

You can get speeds up to N if you have an N router :)

Yes it supports G

(some, though few, Macs don't come with N support, but it can be enabled via the online Apple store for like $2. Check your "System Profiler" to be sure what yours supports.)
