A lot of people say macs are easier to use and one of the big differences is the interface. I would like to know what you think about each interface and which one you think is easier to use and how much. Cite examples please.

It depends on what operating system you're talking about. In terms of user interface the differences between OS X and Windows rapidly decreases between Windows XP and Windows 7. In fact Microsoft has admitted to using OS X as inspiration to design their operating system.
