Steelseries Headset and xf i xtreme audio

Hello guys, I have a SteelSeries 3H Headset (NOT the USB version) and a Creative xf i xtreme audio sound card, but i don't know which connector I can plug the headphone and Microphone (a conector for each)

I read an article that says: Black Connector - Speakers/Headphone NO AMP, Green Connector - Amplified Speakers/Headphones, Pink Connector - Microphone
