I always have it open, and I refresh it around 300+ times per day. But if there's nothing interesting going on, I open up some new tabs and do other stuff for a while. I don't spend as much time on the site as I did back in the beta days.

I agree, I refresh it about 100 - 200 times a day looking for questions and answers.

Lockergnome.net's got a dedicated tab on one of my monitors, so I hop over to it periodically to see if there's anything new. I do the same with Twitter/Brizzly. If I'm away from my computer, though, I don't check it... at least not until my iPad's delivered next week.

Curse you graphics card!! I wish I could have dual screens, but that just wont be the case until I get a new graphics card. For now I have to have Twitter running in the background all the time, instead of being in plain view.
