Are you a member of the cult following of Rocky Horror Picture Show? If so, what was your favorite part? Did you ever go to the theater in "full dress" or with "props"? For those of you older than 40, were you surprised at how successful the cast members (Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Meat Loaf, et al) became after this movie flop? Could this happen today (Napoleon Dynamite maybe?)?

I don't think that I will ever forget Susan Sarandon's rendition of "Ta-ta-ta-touch Me, I wanna be touched!" LOL! Then of course there is always the Time Warp line dance (WAY DORKY COOL!). Cinematic magic!

Was in college back in the 80's when I saw it multiple times...as well as getting others to see it. The first time is always my favorite. Was in a run down part of Oklahoma City going to see it at midnight on a Saturday night with some friends. Being a part of the Bible noose...there were fundamentalist nutjobs in front of the cinema telling everybody who went in they were gay...going to hell...same BS they pull outside of abortion clinics. Always enjoying a "discussion" with those with no morals/ethics/brain cells...looked at the man and asked if he were propositioning me for gay sex? He acted shocked and I said back that I wasn't gay...but in his case...I would be more than happy to "break him in"...if he would return the favor. Not having a response...bought my ticket and enjoyed my virgin experience.

Even today...I watched in on my last birthday from a DVD copy I made. Took me back to one of the best times in my life.

As for you claim to be a flop was anything but. That is the one movie which kept open cinemas when no one was going to see movies. Not only that...but compared to the cost to make it...it's made back its cost MANY times over.

I'm only 18, but my dad has made me watch it countless times. It's been a while. I guess as one gets older, said person enjoys things like movies and whatnot a bit more than previouly

Back in High School, my girlfriend dragged me to one of the midnight showings. Freaked me out! Throwing rice, toast, dudes in vitoria NOT secrets, people acting, talking back to the chacters on screen, etc.

What's for dinner? ... MEATLOAF! {literally}
