whats up im 13 i use the internet i fair amount like watching vids and and stuff and im wondering what plan should i get Data Plus 200 MB of data for $15/month • Surf the web • Send email • Social networking Data Pro 2 GB of data for $25/month • Download or stream music • Watch videos • Use high bandwidth applications i might tether but im not sure how many gigs a month do u use????????????????????? |

Here's a fact, 250 MB will run dry in NO TIME at all. Especially if you watch videos (streaming) or intend on tethering. How many GB? That- I can't tell you depending on your usage. On a phone, you tend to use a lot less. 2GB should be sufficient for most monthly average usage, however, be careful with tethering. My 3G broadband access for my laptops (USB modem, uses cellular data) is limited to 5GB a month which I normally hit. I'm mobile a lot, remember that's laptop data usage. I download a lot of big files with Safari etc- phone usage is much different. ATT has a data calculator you can use to estimate your data usage. 2GB minimum, anything more, analyze what it is you do. |
