Where is the PDFS tab, do you need to import a PDF first? |

Open iTunes on your computer connect your iPhone/iPod click the little arrow on the side, then select iBooks and drag & drop pdfs to the column and then click "Sync" |

No, I have iBooks on my iPod Touch 3rd Generation and I don't see the tab either, you must have to upload a PDF to see the tab. |

You will need to, after downloading iBooks, is to go into iTunes and plug your iPhone into the computer, select the book tab, and drag and drop PDFs into iTunes |
