To me this is just a common sense type of thing... You build an antenna into the outside METAL band, and then act surprised when it's not picking up the same when someone places their hand on it. It's the same as any home FM/AM radio, place your hand on the antenna, what happens? I think it's absolutely stupid that they designed it that way, but I'm also surprised that so many people are shocked by it.
