Free Mac Screen Recorder

I am looking for a 100% free (NOT SHAREWARE) screen recorder for Mac OSX10.6

Quicktime X is far too jittery, and not enough options.

Needs to be able to: Record Entire Screen, Record Selection/window, Selectable Audio Input, Smooth Framerate, Doesn't involve me paying anything.
