[closed] Is a TechNet Subscription worth it?

I wouldn't mind getting some opinions from people who have had a subscription to MS TechNet and whether they thought it was worth their well earn cash. Also did you have any nags/problems with it?

I use a lot of Microsoft software on a lot of machines, so yes, it was worth it for me.

I was hesitant at first too, but I haven't regretted getting a subscription at all.

Nope, I didn't input a VAT ID when I signed up. I think that only applies to certain countries.

Yes if your company pays for it! The company I work for bought technetium subscriptions for all their techs! Otherwise it's a hella lotta moneys!!!

What are you talking about? Expensive? A Standard Technet subscription is only $199.

That's not a whole lot considering the tens-of-thousands of dollars worth of software it gives you access to.
