Go to Routerlogin and enter the default passwords for the sky router (username -admin) (password - sky). select wireless settings and you will see the option to change it. Do this cabled as you may lose connection. You will need to update everything to reconnect to the new name.

I have done this in the past, be careful. Good Luck

First you need to find your default gateway address, to do this on Windows open up command prompt and type:


If you are on Linux then type:


Then look for something like default gateway, it should be an IP address, such as

Go and enter this IP address into your web browser and then you can login to your router and change it's settings.
