About an hour ago I deleted my mail from the junk folder, but at the last second I noticed ".co.jp" which was an important email I was waiting for from my school! How can I get this deleted mail back? I tried asking for help at windowslivehelp.com but their site is down right now.

Any help would be good. Thanks.

If you have not hit the "Sync" button, you should be able to use your webmail program if you have one or another email client and get it back. If you are on a company network, it may be possible to get it from a backup.
