So I have a ton of the digital copies that come with the BLU-RAY DVDs.

My question is, once I put it in my computer, how can I move it to a different computer? If I put it in my laptop, am I stuck with it?

It depends on where the digital copy came from. Sometimes it is from the disc manufacture, or the movie studio. One might have DRM on it and one might not. I think that if you can movie it around to different applications (like iTunes), you should be able to move it to another computer. You won't be able to download it again, but a simple flash drive can do the transfer.
