I was wondering if my MacBook Pro could act as a hands-free device using Bluetooth? Like in a car the hands-free uses the speakers in the car to let you hear what the person on the other end is saying and has an installed mic to let the person on the other end hear you. My MacBook has (A) a built in mic. (B) speakers (C) BlueTooth.

When I'm working on my Mac I would love to have a hands-free feature for my phone...

If anyone could help me out that would be AMAZING, thanks.
