Spam sent from my site...but not really?

I was checking the email for my site, and somehow someone sent spam to my inbox and it was from dmin@techjumble.com Which is using my site's domain name. I checked through all of my site's registered email accounts and no one has registered with that account, so I haven't been hacked. Can someone tell me how this might have happened, or how to stop it from ever happening again?

1	it is probably email spoofing, you can change the from address, in many case they change the from address to the same as the to address. answered Jul 01 '10 at 09:53 trueb 15.0k●50●99●257
