I was checking the email for my site, and somehow someone sent spam to my inbox and it was from dmin@techjumble.com Which is using my site's domain name. I checked through all of my site's registered email accounts and no one has registered with that account, so I haven't been hacked. Can someone tell me how this might have happened, or how to stop it from ever happening again?

it is probably email spoofing, you can change the from address, in many case they change the from address to the same as the to address.
