10.5 Leopard (10.4 Tiger.. 10.3 Panther.. whatever was most recent in OS X)
Windows 7
Ubuntu (various versions)
Solaris
Open BSD (Linux for grown ups)
Windows 98 (yes) (win) (if it was less outdated, this would be higher up) (at one point, top of the list)
Windows Xp (ew....)
Damn Small Linux (it's 50MB big, c'mon, that's flippin sweet)
Does MS-DOS count?
Vista doesn't even belong here, but it was one some of my PC's before windows 7, so I can't lie.
