Its terribly hot in here and my laptop won't cool down... Do laptops get hot easier when the weather is warm??

Things get hot easier with hotter weather. Depends how hot we are talking about. Your laptop will automatically shut down if it gets to it's hottest maximum pre-set temp. So yes, they do get hotter when it's really hot.

You can pick up laptop cooling pads if it's burning a hole in your lap.

yes laptops get hot easier in hot weather because the base temp it about what the room temp is and then when you boot your laptop the temp goes higher.
