I hate when people tell you to go google something when you know the answer for. You know the answer now tell me it. |

If I've already Googled it and failed to find an answer, sure. Otherwise it's my own damn fault. |

I have seen cases where it has gone horribly wrong. on a tech support forum that I post on, a while back, a user was searching for a download manager to handle things from sites like rapid share. 2 users posted links to a let me google that for you. 2 hours later the user came back with a hijackthis log file because the download manager he downloaded infected his computer with a ton of malware. (I ended up posting my recommendation too late because some users before me decided to post a google link and the OP actually followed them) Just because a problem has a ton of results doesn't mean that all of the results are safe think about that before directing a user to a google search. If you cant guarantee that all results in that search will be safe, don't recommend it to begin with (unless you can say like only use results 1-20 or something to restrict the user to safe results that you have verified). -==-----===-=-=--==--=-=-= Just in case anyone was possibly wondering, a good download manager designed for sites like rapidshare and many others to help deal with those wait times, is jdownloader http://www.jdownloader.org/download/index |

Depends on the question really, sometimes they are completely right, other times im looking for someone that knows about it so i can talk to them about it maybe get help ect. |

Well you could almost find a answer for every question. I do sometimes think: Why the hell that people doesn't use Google? Other times the person needs a more professional and perhaps a answer for a more specific question. |

when google gives you too many answer, are you gonna bing it? |
