Apple responds to user complaints ?

1	I am disappointed. I have been using Apple for over 10 years now and the hardware quality has been getting worse and worse over the years. I am disappointed in the way Apple adressed the reception issues. answered Jul 04 '10 at 05:02 Hanhart 6.5k●29●55●126

I think they're doing the best they can, I don't see how their hardware has been getting worst, if you ask me, because of their good hardware, that's why they've surpassed Microsoft's market-share thing... Apple is just a real unique company, lets face it.

0	frankly the reception issue is fixable and every phone has it to some degree, the program with this issue is how the pr handled it putting a case on the phone fixes the issue answered Jul 04 '10 at 06:04 bryanminer 851●7●12●24
