How do you edit a question on someones question?

From the Karmas section in the FAQ:

You will need 400 points to edit, but you will need to follow the rules http://lockergnome.net/questions/32297/moderation-and-editing-privileges-on-this-site. Not following the rules will result in removal of Karma to not allow to edit posts.

Your previous question post was spam for your twitter, which has the right to be edited and closed
