Let's say medical technology is able to extend human life to about 200+ years. No forever young scenarios, please. Healthy living, eating, exercise, and some cosmetic surgery now & then ... so we don't look like the living dead.

A major con is over population of the earth. were already almost going to hit our carrying capacity thanks to exponential growth so far, and humans living longer than before. imagine what earth will be like with another few billion people. especially in china or india

I think another con would be overcrowding. If suddenly everyone was living to be 100 but still having children at 20, well...I think you can see the problem. We have enough people on this earth even with our short lifespans, although it would be cool to see new technology hundreds of years from now, there just wouldn't be enough space and resources to enjoy it. Good question, though.

Now here's a con: age care! What I mean by con is it's a scam!
Finish paying off your house, own it for 5 years, sell it to the age care facilities so you can live in an elderly home... Then after you pass away they get to keep the house! Pfft, the nerve of them!

Reruns of MASH would be a reason to live another hundred years...
I think living to 200+ seems like a good thing, but no when you stop and think about how we currently live our lives. The reality of growing older is that we can't do what we used to, our friends die off, our families move on having families of their own, your spouse and loved ones die off and eventually you are there alone. So today, when all of this happens you're in your late 60s, early 70s and there are likely only a few years of being alone you have to live through...now imagine being alone for another 130 years. That would be a living hell, 130 years of looking forward to 3 squares a day, reruns of Matlock (or MASH) and then going to bed. The world would become littered with Simpson-style retirement homes, where the old are forgotten and left to die, except like the Simpsons we would all stay here forever!
However, I will say I think the worse hell would be a second season of The Hasselhoffs!

I'd like to live to 200+. If I was healthy, I'd get to see all the things that we could do in 200 years. Think about it: hovercars, teleporters, CPUs at over 1Thz (I can dream, can't I?). And affordable trips to the Moon and Mars. That will be COOL!
