How do you determine a fair price for a craft good?

Like hand crafted shoes, made of Italian Leather, brand name Gucci. It's boils down to Supply & Demand. Price is what the Market can bare.

If it's those Amish blankets & quilts ... those are a bargain! High thread count & high quality.
