What does PLR mean?

basicly i buy a product, i put my own label on it claming that it is mine, when in reality it is not. i also may make some slight modifications to it.

it happens a lot in grocery stores. you see the store brand of milk but in reality it can be right next to the name brand and cost less, when in reality they are the same.
