what is the best free screen capture software?

I am guessing for Windows Opperating System. Here is a list in order from best to ok.

UltraVNC Screen Recorder

CaptureFox (Firefox add-on)

uTIPu TipCam

But I would also prefer paid solutions like Snagit and camtasia (both by techsmith). Although it is paid, the output is good. Just look at the Chris Pirillo Bloopers I record with it
