I do a lot of icons/buttons/pictures in photoshop and was wondering where the best place to sell them online is (Stock Photo). From what I've heard iStock Photos is the best and offer you more money for your exclusive content. Any recommendations.

iStock is the best to get your name and content out there but if you have the web know how you can set up your own site to sell your work. Those are the best options and I have used iStock Photo and I have a couple buddie that use it

http://www.dreamstime.com/, http://www.istockphoto.com/ and http://www.shutterstock.com/ are all good sites to sell stock

There are also free stock sites you an use to get your feet wet like http://sxc.hu/

You shouldn't limit yourself to one or another, try out different sites and see which ones work best for your work.

You can make your own site...but then you'd be responsible for the maintenance and any problems that might occur, and when you use existing stock sites your work will show up in their search results and can give you better exposure.
