What is the largest a smartphone screen size can be before it can't be called a smartphone anymore? (it would be a tablet)

EDIT: I know about the Dell Streak. They are calling it a tablet, not a smartphone. So what I am asking is, what's the screen size to qualify a device as a tablet versus a smartphone? (4.4", 4.5", 4.6", 4.7", 4.8", 4.9", 5"???) The EVO and Droid X have a 4.3" screen and the Dell Streak (a so called tablet) has a 5" screen, so somewhere in between 4.3 and 5 is the deciding size. What size is it???

I don't even see how you can call anything bigger than the EVO's screen a phone anymore...the EVO's screen is almost big enough to be a tablet! I like phones that can fit in my pocket. iPhone 4 <3

I believe the Dell Streak. I thought smartphones were made to fit in your pocket?

In the US it's the Dell Streak. Sure you could use Skype on an iPad or computer, but in terms of an actual phone, it's the Dell Streak.

Is the Dell Streak going to have phone capability? I think it's going to be a 3GS tablet just like the iPad.

Dell says the Streak is not a phone, however you can use it exactly like a phone.. and a few Dell Execs are actually using it as their primary phone now.

I believe the new Motorola Droid X has the largest screen. It makes the HTC Evo look small!

The Droid and Evo are both 4.3" diagonal screens. Is there anything larger in a smart phone?

I would say the HD2 on T-MOBILE or the DroidX on Verizon

If any tablet is actually designated as a smartphone, then regardless of size it's a smartphone. It may not be an ideal smartphone for everyone, but it's still a smartphone.
