Hey guys,
I operate a social networking site at http://buddify.com. I'm very concerned by the fact that nearly 6 days after launch, we're still not being indexed properly by Google. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of, I've created an xml sitemap for the site and I've submitted it to google webmaster tools, I've taken all of the robot blocks out of the .htaccess file and I've created a robots.txt file to ensure access was allowed. Even after getting a few mentions on sites such as killerstartups.com, Google still seem to index only a few of our unimportant pages.

Funnily enough, before I had added a .htpasswd to the site to do internal alpha testing in a closed environment, Google was happily indexing our site even though we didn't want it to, and now, nothing. Is there someone I can contact at google to notify them of this, or should I just wait it out?

Thanks,
-Steve

I didn't even try for my website. It was just put there automatically or someone else put it there. Yours will be put on eventually.
