The team provisioning profile is your apple developer's account (the one you paid $99 I think).

"Provisioning profile. A provisioning profile associates one or more development certificates, devices, and an app ID (iOS application ID)."

That is an Apple thing, it means you've installed a provision profile on that device, possibly to run a beta or an in-development app someone gave you. You can normally find this in the Settings app -> General -> Profile.

Provision profiles provide a codesign value that's needed to run the apps containing it's app key. They have an expired date that you'll see if you check it in the Settings app.
