What headset / headphones should I buy?

I'm looking for a good pair of headphones / headset.
I would like something with surround sound and very good audio quality.
I've been looking at the Logitech G35 headset, but it's not true 7.1 (It doesn't have 7 speakers in it).
Plus I would prefer 5.1 because it's more mainstream then 7.1, more game and movies etc support 5.1.
And I'm not sure how good the audio quality is for things like music.

*Update: I ended up going the the 'Roccat Kave' headphones (5.1) and am extremely happy with them.

I wasn't sure how you're going to get 5.1 surround sound out of a Left & Right Speaker Headset, because you need Center Channel, Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right, and Subwoofer.
