If we ever got to the point that all magazines, newpapers, comics, books, music, movies etc... are digital would that bother you? Do you think something would be lost with that? Being able to share, sell, donate etc... would be lost for one, of course there are those odd ones out there with no computers still and just people that rather not read and watch everything from a computer. I have been thinking about this a lot over the last few months, I like the idea of the space all digital (WITH BACKUPS!!!) brings. Or the ease of access, now days getting out a CD or comic seems like a lot of work based on how quick digital can be. (Guilty) Or are we getting lazy? Or you could have both and the digital is for backups and on the go with people already do with a lot of books, music and not so much for movies yet. |

Can't beat the physical items of CD cases, game boxes with manuals and books with covers. I've downloaded some mp3's and digital games, but it's just not the same. Digital is ok for a backup copy. |

Another point, if the cost of the digital download is close to the same as the tangible media I will purchase that. |
