How do you display ibook & other content from iPad -to- TV?

My nieces, nephews, and their friends want to see ibook pages & illustrations on the television, while being read to. Is there a way to display other content on the television?

You'll need to get a video-out cable such as: Apple Composite AV Cable

Then you'll need an app that supports the video out API, I'm not sure if iBooks does or not.

I have the cables, and it didn't work. I'll try again later. The youngsters are watching "I am Sam", and some are crying now. I have to explain what acting is to some of them.
